What do prices shown include?

Prices for the artwork shown include an original unframed artwork or a limited edition fine art print and a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist.

What about packaging, click and collect, shipping and insurance?

Click and Collect.

You can select the free “Click and Collect option if you live near Clermont Ferrand or select an artwork during an exhibtion when the artwork and the artist are available.

Shipping.

For shipping options you will be charged a flat rate of For packaging, shipping and insurance, customers are charged a flat rate of 10€ per order to an address in France, French Overseas Territories (French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Mayotte, Réunion,) Andorra, Monaco or 15€ to an address in one of the following international destinations:

Albania, Algeria, Germany, Armenia, Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Belgium, Brazil, Cape Verde, Cambodia, Canada, China, Cyprus, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, French Polynesia, Georgia, Greece, Hong Kong SAR China, Hungary, Indonesia, Ireland, Iceland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Norway, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Oman, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Czechia, Thailand, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States, Vanuatu.

Shipping is managed by La Poste. Each order is sent via registered mail with a tracking reference and insured against damage or loss. A signature is required on the reception or your order.

If a parcel is obviously damaged, it is essential to refuse its reception or if you have doubts to notify the transporter of your reservations in writing concerning its state. In both cases it’s a good idea to take photos.

Compensation for any eventual loss or damage is the responsibility, and at the discretion of the shipping provider. So that I can oversee and pursue this on your behalf please contact me immediately.

In the case that a parcel is returned to me due to a lack of access or to the submission of an incorrect address, additional payment will be required for a second shipping.

What about other questions concerning shipping?

Please contact me for any questions concerning shipping arrangements or shipping to destinations not listed above.

What about customs duties and local taxes?

For sales within the European Union, no additional taxes or custom duties apply.

Customs documents, when necessary, are completed to indicate the contents of the parcel as “original artwork” and France as the origin.

For sales to the United States, no customs fees are applied to original artworks created by living artists nor for limited edition prints if the artwork sold has a value of less than $800.

Prices exclude local sales taxes and customs duties applicable in some international destinations. Please check with your local transporter and/or authorities to avoid surprises. You may have to pay local sales taxes and customs duties on reception of your parcel. It may be less expensive if you can pay for customs duties or taxes online.

What happens when I make my order on the site?

You will receive an automatic email to confirm your order.

If you choose the “Click and Collect” option you will receive an email to give you information about where and when your order will be ready for collection.

If you order is being shipped, I will send the artwork within 5 working days on reception of your order.

It is possible that I will be away from the studio (holidays, illness etc) or that prints are not immediately available which will mean longer delays.

You will receive an email to inform you of this.

You can choose to cancel an order before it has been collected or shipped and ask for a refund by sending a message using the contact form.

I will send you an email as soon as your purchase is shipped with its tracking reference from La Poste.

Shipping with the La Poste or other transporters can take anything between one day for France to two or three days for a European destination to two weeks or more for some international destinations.

What can I do if I am not satisfied with the artwork?

If for any reason you are not happy with the original artwork or limited edition print, please contact me within 14 days of its delivery.

I will issue you a refund of the price of the artwork on its reception in its original condition at my studio. You will be responsible for the cost of packaging and shipping to ensure its safe return.
